Wow, it's hard to believe it should cost so much. They ought to limit the number of appeals allowed, if they don't already. Fifteen years of appeals seems excessive.

he (Obama) has single handedly circumvented the us congress over 300 times. this was to get people in place and laws made that he liked. the founding fathers intended a 3 party system, not a dictatorship.
