It goes so beautifully with vanilla ice cream, I reckon when I finally get an ice cream maker, I'll do a full on ice cream version.

Made some white clams for dinner. My wife was on no seafood during the pregnancy, and she's been craving linguine and clams for, literally, months.

I made a faux-lemon meringue pie. It was surprisingly good, and about a quarter of the calories.

Was it made of faux lemons or faux meringue? Did you eat it with a fauk?

You so funny! Ha! I love, love, love lemon meringue, but it is killer in the calorie dept. This is made with sugar-free jello and yogurt, and tastes pretty much the same.

ok i made the pizza to end all pizzas this weekend...MADE the dough...the perfect pan...my own homemade tomato sauce< buffalo Mozza, italian mozza,the most amazing creamy fruilano....scallions,green olives,cremini mushrooms,hot and spicy calabrese salami,extra thin spicy italian pepperoni.......seriously, we indulged ina food orgy of pizza....keep in mind layered correctly and left to sit the perfect amount of time before cut and served...if I was a man, Id still have a food erection :)
