Yeah, seriously, fuck Caillou and his bald ass head.
My daughter likes that show but last week she all of a sudden realized "Caillou doesn't have hair!" I said I know and she replied "...but he has a head..." Ahh, to be 3.

I was reading Straight Dope message board a few nights ago. I was shocked to read posts from users who ID'd with the Tea Party, who appeared calm, rational and polite. The entire political forum seemed like it was full of normal people, with well thought out posts etc. This seemed completely foreign to me of course.

Would you believe that I actually Googled this once? No, the basic reason is that it was based on books where the kid was much younger and, thus, still bald. But they made him older for tv...but still bald. I WISH he had cancer (it's ok to wish bad things about fictional people).

I wish we could get back to some rational debate in this country. There are perfectly fine reasons to argue for smaller government size, etc., but it doesn't include "death panels" or almost any of the nonsense we hear. The most rational conservative voices seem to be in print media, and even they occasionally feel the need to engage in red meat politics, not to mention that there are also plenty of loons in print media too.
