The wife bought a groupon for a boat rental a few months ago and we finally cashed it in. Went fishing and didn't catch jack shit! But boy what an amazing day. This right around St. Pete. Just got home and out of the shower and now I'm whipped....nap time soon. Posted Image

Tweaking a listing photo sure makes a huge difference, makes the house look at lot more inviting. Even the grass looks healthier.

I agree. The intent was to make that grass green because it's actually brownish right now.

This is also a favorite, looks like it's right out of a magazine...

It's funny the little details that will sell a house or turn off a potential buyer. The ones who get me on the house hunter TV shows are the ones who can't imagine what a room would look like if they painted it a color they like.

For one, listing pictures don't usually show people sitting in the rooms. It's harder to imagine you (a potential buyer) in the room and/or to see the features of the room itself. And two, it's just not an attractive room to highlight in an ad or it was taken from a bad angle.
