I totally forgot they were gonna be in Glasgow until a few days ago. Oh well.

And I don't know if I buy that story, sounds a bit odd even for Guns...

Izzy sounds great and it's awesome to see him up there. Thank goodness Axl doesn't want to live in the past...and move forward with this new band. heh heh

Nicolas Cage:

I think Axl is one of the great writers of the last century; his piano playing is amazing and that song "Prostitute" is incredible! Guns N' Roses is outstanding.

^That statement would be a lot funnier if he left out the word 'song' and the quotation marks.... [/childish humour]

Actually listening to Better just now, and may just listen to Prostitute, following Mr. Cage's recommendation. I can't say that I don't still find CD enjoyable. B) Anyone who disagrees with me is a dirty reunioni$t and deserves to die!!!111

CD IMO hasn't held up well.

I used to love Limp Bizkit's Results May Vary album... this many years later.. its terrible..

Same with CD.. there are 2 or 3 really good songs.. 2 or 3 good songs and rest is pretty shitty.

Even if that is true, 6 good songs is still way better than most 'rock' albums these days.

@bumblefoot: One. More. FUCKING. Show. One more.

@bumblefoot: Drained of passion & desire, way too many nails in the coffin on this tour. Need to get home & recharge my batteries. Love you all :)

@bumblefoot: Wow. Diverted without info (or gear or clothes or sleep) to play a wedding in France. Yep. Guess it's not *one show left*...

@bumblefoot: “@Lucas_McKagan: what's the next step with Guns N' Roses?" Playing Bar Mitzvahs I guess...

@bumblefoot: Success without a feeling of integrity, or happiness, is not success. To me. We all have to re-evaluate our compromises once in a while...

Not to defend them but big bands do these private shows form time to time, bet they made somewhere around $5m at least. The Stones and Van Halen have done private shows on recent tours.
