J, thank you, again, to you and your wife for allowing me to see the show through the FB videos! It was way better than any of the Periscope feeds!

I didn't know she was streaming it until a half an hour in! I just uploaded the videos on youtube now. They don't seem to look as I thought they would. The audio is great though. I wonder if the video portion was degraded a bit because it was streaming? Dunno. I admire her shoulder strength immensely, especially for filming an Opus like Coma or November Rain.

It looks like some kind of futuristic-alternate-universe-Axl. More eccentric and crazy than ever, like some sort of rock n' roll Colonel Kurtz, ya know? Sitting in what appears to be a throne, while the guitar players come up and play to/around him. He's getting his ass wheeled off stage so he can still change outfits, and people bring him towels to wipe himself down etc. It's a spectacle in its own right.
Does someone feed him grapes?

So yea, go see this.
Did you enjoy it enough to keep going, or are you still gonna' call it a day after this show?

The Missus said I'm full of it, but I'd probably not go again anytime soon. I was at my saturation point the last time they were here.
On a side note, I met a few people around me who got comped tickets from the casino they were staying in. For either gambling or being high rollers I guess. One guy had never been to a concert before and didn't even know who GnR was. The other couple were from LA and while the man knew/wanted to see GnR, she had no idea. After the first song, she left. She came back once and left again, and then he followed. I kind of expected that, but not so early. Also noticed a couple of others, where the woman left with the man in tow. Sucks to be those guys (and expensive too.)
There was a really funny moment walking around the venue. I was behind a guy dressed as Slash, who came across another guy also dressed as Slash. The both looked at each other and pointed, like woah dude, no words and kept walking. haha

How can someone not know who GnR is?
I've met plenty of people who have heard the name, but couldn't tell you a single song. Of course they've heard the appetite staples, but never associated them with GnR.

Why can't Trump deport THOSE people?

Before heading to the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival in Indio, Calif., this weekend, the 33-year-old divorced mother of two blew $20,000 in preparation. Her clothing alone for the weekend — a “sick†outfit featuring a vintage Guns N’ Roses T-shirt, YSL army jacket, denim cutoffs, corset, thigh-high leather boots — was $8,000. She spent thousands more on Botox, lip injections, boxing classes and a personal trainer who helped her drop 10 pounds in advance of the three-day-long concert in the California desert. In the month leading up to it, she even gave up alcohol and went vegan to get in shape for the debauchery to come.“Everything’s about Coachella,†says Mirmelli, who started going to the desert festival after needing to cut loose following her divorce six years ago. This year is her fifth time attending.“[Getting ready for it] doesn’t have to be a full-time job,†she says. “But I’m making it one.â€
I'm shocked that somebody like this is divorced....shocked!

The video portion looks great! Honestly, the best audio and video of all that I was watching. I had a couple different feeds up through periscope and ustream, and Nina's was the best. So, I just kept watching for hers and then would go with that. Great job!
