Shockingly...Jarmo is actually allowing discussion this time.
It does feel like 2006.
I can see why some are raving on The General but damn...like Freedom said...it's rough.
At best it's just a Portishead ripoff.
Monsters is an ear worm. That could've been a single back in the day.

I checked there a few months ago, it's more dead than my place! Strange to see in some ways. Jarmo really took a busy site and killed it. Weird dude.
Monster is a total earworm. Woke up hearing that high pitch part that Axl is saying. Over and over...omg.
It's interesting how many old skewl peeps were watching from the sidelines and then showed back up over at your place once word was out.

Holy shit... Beltrami replied to that mygnr members emails. He had also sent him the leaks.
While Beltrami confirmed they are indeed two separate songs, the songs have been fucked with so much over the years that they are barely recognizable to him.
This whole project was cluster fucked.

GnR are consistent at fucking things up. Why didn't they just release this single as planned along with the B sides? Then somebody else just does it for them. haha. wtf. Weird. Any what about just new music? Not Chinese leftovers that are slightly reworked?
Whatever. Monsters is pretty dope and not much different from the rough version leak. The final of The General still sucks though, but I can accept it as B side/experimental thingy.

Wouldn't we all settle pretty hard for a badass live set? Maybe three discs, showcase different eras?
