Anyone watch webcams regularly?
There are a few I watch with my kids. My daughter and I have been watching the Decorah eagle cam, and the first baby hatched this morning:

I checked out some cams a while ago, I was actually surprised how many there are and where they are. I've found cameras at intersections, libraries, colleges etc.
(and yes I tried hard to not say anything, at least not in the opening post.)

My parents used to live near a beautiful beach in Cape Town, and there is a web cam on the beach. It's pretty cool being able to see it from time to time.

I followed a couple of sites that were focused on bald eagle nests back a few years ago as well, they were from British Columbia. There was a forum on the site as well, if you guys think c/d is fucked you should have been on that one, man oh man what a mess it was. If I remember correctly the site was wavlit.com.there was some amazing eagle cams stuff I saw on the news a few years back. I love the surf webcams too.

The Georgia Aquarium now has a web cam in their big tank. Pretty cool watching the whale sharks.

You can find a hundreds of webcams at http://www.ustream.tv/news from political, sports, animals, tech, music, etc., etc. including Pete's Ponds that Lynn mentioned. I started watching that pond a few weeks ago and also I enjoyed the webcams of baby hummingbirds. The animals and pets section have some great shark stuff going on now.
ETA: Oops, I didn't realize that the OP already gave the link.
Cousin it: You certainly know a lot of interesting stuff. When you can accurately tell me what color under pants I'm wearing I'm gone from this site. "Webcam? You mean to tell me there's been a grannie cam in the house for six months and I didn't know it?"
