Better call Saul. Good, not great. I like his character a lot so I continue to watch.

The End of the Fucking World on Netflix (and Channel 4) is dark and funny and touching and weird. Recommend.

I started watching Altered Carbon on Netflix this morning. Has that guy from "The Killing" and "House of Cards"...he was good in both of those, so I'm looking forward to it. Also has the bad guy from that one weird Edgar Allen Poe cult show with Kevin Bacon.

Have thought about watching that - the reviews tend to be variation on "good but flawed" so I guess it's how the good weight against the flaws

Three episodes in and I like it. Not sure what the flaws might be (too many boobs?) yet.
Seems regular viewers love it and professional critics are ambivalent....which probably means it's great. (Huge variation at rotten tomatoes for example)

Yeah, when you said the reviews weren't great I looked it up. I'm not addicted to it, but it's certainly watchable.

Dirty Money on Netflix has probably the best Trump documentary I've seen.

Having now finished the series, I'd definitely recommend it. It's not the best thing I"ve ever watched, but I looked forward to watching each episode and it was my go-to "kids are asleep, bring on the sex and violence" tv series for all of 4 days. And, given the sci-fi technology of the series, it is infinite in its potential directions and/or timelines...which could be a disaster, but could be epic.
It's better than 4/5 but not quite 5/5. Takeis that is. Obviously.

Looming Tower on Hulu is good. (lead up to 9/11 - with some narrative compromises for TV)
I'm currently re-reading the book, for use in a class this fall.
I'll try to not spoil the ending.

Love that show! The episode where Mike killed the cops that killed his son was as good as any of the Breaking Bad episodes.
Without Chuck to help Jimmy keep his morals in check, this next season should be pretty damn good.
