I'm not a fan of golf at all, will on rare occasions watch majors. But Rory McIlroy winning the US Open so convincingly after choking in the Masters is a pretty incredible story - remember people saying he would/could never win after that.

I don't know anything about golf or who is playing. My Dad on the other hand has watched golf ever since I can remember and has fallen asleep in front of the tube watching it for 3 decades now. Posted Image

I am going to the driving range tomorrow to get started. Here are my new clubs, for 25 bucks ya can't go wrong even with a cheap set:

Don't play it, but I follow golf and tend to watch the majors (where I can anyway - the missus hates it so it's always a battle). Incredible performance by McIlroy. Don't think people really knew what they were talking about when they said he'd never bounce back from the Masters - a player as talented as him was always going to win eventually. But I don't think anybody could've predicted just how soon he'd win and in what manner. Arguably one of the greatest performances of all time. Very excited to see what he can do in the future.
