Yeah, sad event for his family and friends. Wish them the best. I don't know much about Warrant and didn't like the band to be perfectly honest. I do remember seeing him on an interview when he seemed depressed and was talking about how bad decisions would result in him being remembered as the 'Cherry Pie guy' for all eternity. Looks like he was correct based on that article. Too bad. He had a decent voice on a few of their more impressive songs.

While I wasn't a huge fan, their best of album had some surprisingly good songs on it.

The "Dog Eat Dog" album is drastically underrated.

Dog Eat Dog is a fantastic record. been jamming warrant all weekend.. Got to the movie "The Change up" and they had a hilarious scene set to Cherry Pie. Oh well, to write a song that lives on 20 plus years later is impressive. He was one of the more talented guys in that era for sure.

Just downloaded their discography to give it a fresh listen. Was never a fan but Uncle Tom's Cabin is a killer tune.
Surprise, surprise, surprise!

That song rips, I think it's one of their best. I also like "Heaven" and "Sometimes she cries."
