Does anyone here think that Georgia very well may have executed an innocent person when they executed Troy Davis last week?
There was so much wrong with that case. Seven of the nine "eye witnesses" recanted their testimony. Several witnesses made statements that another man had confessed to them that he was the real killer. And the forensic evidence regarding the bullet was inconclusive, but at the trial it was used as being conclusive evidence.
