One of my FB friends shared this. I had to comment on it, I said I find it disgusting that someone would use such a horrific historical event to further their gun rights agenda. Fucking pigs.

Absurd. One could just as easily, and equally lacking in taste, say use the same picture to discuss Republican homophobia. In regular ol' Western world politics...NOTHING IS LIKE THE NAZIS. We should only compare to the Nazis things of similar evil...like Stalin, for example. Comparing Stalin to Hitler is fine...comparing Obama to Hitler (or Bush, for that matter) is just ignorant.

How old is that ordinance?

Well, it was inevitable that, when Richard Martinez spoke up, the flying monkeys would descend. Martinez's son, Christopher, is dead because he was in a convenience store that happened to be in Elliot Rodger's line of fire. The elder Martinez has been outspoken in his condemnation of this country's lunatic devotion to its firearms and of the politicians who enable it, over and over again. This cannot stand. So here's brave Todd Kincannon, chairman of the Election Commission of Simpsonville, South Carolina, stepping up in 140 characters, to defend his freedom against the onslaught of grieving parents.
Fuck him. He is a piece of shit. His tragedy sucks, but he blamed me for it and wants to take away my rights. The guy is trying to take away my rights to protect my family. Fuck him every day of the week and twice on Sunday.
No idea how my son will die, but I know it won't be cowering like a bitch at UC Santa Barbara. Any son of mine would have been shooting back.
Did Todd serve when he had the chance? And Todd is raising a little Viking who, I am sure, one day will conquer and pillage on behalf of some brokerage house or real estate company.
These really are the fking mole people.

If only the shooters would obey the "gun free" zones these schools have in place. Anyone else find it weird these shooting only seem to occur in blue areas?
Why have laws at all then? Since people just break them? They obviously aren't good for anything. Right?
I read the same argument after every shooting.

I say we just get rid of that whole murder is illegal thing. There are a few people I wouldn't mind wringing their necks & walking home scot free.
