I have seen some not too flattering reports from Waterloo, lately. Seems some of the frat boys have gotten a little out of line. Great school, though.

I have to be in Syracuse next month, but I'm not sure of my schedule. I would like to spend a few days in the area, but I don't know if I'll have the time to check out the local stratigraphy.

I'm currently trying to do work for the Qualitative Research module at uni. I honestly have no motivation to do it, I just wanna pass it. I have two exams to be studying for, I don't wanna be sitting here making charts of interviews and analysing everythingto death....

On a lighter note, today is the anniversary of the deaths of two grunge icons, Kurt Cobain (17 years) and Layne Staley (nine years) if their respective estimated dates of death are to be believed. Both were found days after they died.

I feel like joining them right now.

The two exams actually don't bother me as much as this damn report! They're for Investigative Psychology and 20th Century Scottish Society, which both have some interesting topics in them. Just want it all out the way. Roll on April 20th. (And not just because it's Hitler's birthday...)

Greetings from the beach! Wish you were here My poor son gets to spend a couple of hours a day doing test prep, and I'm sitting here with him in the business center. Gotta love the schools scheduling testing the day the kids get back from spring break. Grrrrr....... Ah well, it's not bad at all, when he's done we are headed off to play in the sand and surf.

Last time I went to the beach, I was harassed by some nasty cops for the harpoon I was carrying. It could have also been the point where I bellowed towards a whale in a pink bikini, "MAN THE HARPOONS! BEACHED WHALE!" I can not help that many men and women feel that their massive bodies are fair game to flaunt at the beach. I pleaded my case to those nasty pigs, but they gave an ultimatum to leave or be arrested.

I have zero problem with obese people in swimsuits and regular swimming trunks. Strapless tops and g-strings or shirtless and speedos? Different matter entirely.
