No I haven't sounds interesting. I'll have to look it up. Till then I'll just work my buns and thighs! I want them to abnormally fit and big. The rest of my body can be atrophied and mushy. It'll be terrific.

I'm sore as a mofo right now. I feel sick a bit from the last 2 days of work outs. Today I did too much especially leg presses and crunches. I'll just hit the bike tomorrow.

Well I thought I was sore a few days ago? Oh mama! I took today off from all work outs after 3 straight weeks of something and I forgot how that off day feels. I should of at least rode the bike again; if even for 20 minutes.....I'm a puss....There was a time that I would go 10 hours of real strenuous working out. I at one time was a beast. Now I'm bordering on breasts...J/K but fucking age is a bitch. I do have injuries and wounds as an excuse......

Yeah, it's tough to diet while doing real workouts. Because your hungrier and because you figure you can get away with a little extra....

So...Who totally ate too much while watching the Super Bowl? I did.. So much, that I had to drink soda to wake up! I don't drink soda....Either way that's not good. Today I did another 45 minutes on the bike and then hit weights for a 1/2 hour. I'm a little tired.

I have although I'm hungry and I just ate egg whites and turkey and a 100 calories special K bar. I can eat a damn box of those...They're so tasty too! Just like candy!

Love those bars too...but do you find that sometimes they're chewy, and other times they're harder and crunchier? There's no consistency with the K bars.
