Hope you all enjoy your Thanksgiving meals.
All the turkey talk just makes me think of Christmas and the plans I need to make. Still not 100% sure how I'm going to cook the bird this year.

Have you guys seen the new oil-less turkey fryers? They use infrared technology, but taste like a fried turkey. You can use them to make french fries, etc.

If I could force people to try one thing once in their lives it'd be a good quality turkey, properly cooked. The mass-produced stuff is horrific and people cook it to death, and I reckon most turkey hate is down to these experiences. Turkey can be a beautiful thing if you splash out on the right bird and show it enough love.

I meant cooked well, rather than there being one specific way.
