Lamb rules, but it's pretty hard to get good lamb in the US.
The best lamb I ever had was at Mont-Saint-Michel in Normandy:
Polderisation and occasional flooding created salt marsh meadows that were found to be ideally suited to grazing sheep. The well-flavoured meat that results from the diet of the sheep in the pré salé (salt meadow) makes agneau de pré-salé (salt meadow lamb), a local specialty that may be found on the menus of restaurants that depend on income from the many visitors to the mount.

I had decent lamb in Paris except it was still bleeding...
Ha, that reminds me of when I was there with my best friend (in Paris) and she ordered a steak and when it came out she said she couldn't eat it because it still smelled like cow---since they don't process the meat like we do.

its good friday.
its crazy how that jesus guy dies and rises from the dead once a year. he must be some sort of magician.
According to the Mormons he went on a three day North American tour during his death. I think Foghat opened for that one.
