This one should be played continuously outside Rick Santorum's house:

PS: Lemmy has more rock cred in one mole than Wolfie VanNepotism...and he still has one mole left over for the ladies.

MAIDEN!

Ears still ringing. Big fuckin' thunderstorm hit, so it was metal, and a generally wet, muddy crowd. Drank too much beer...headache today.

Alice Cooper was good in support, too. Glad to see they can still lop off his head, even in a short set.

Iron Maiden calls out fan for texting through three songs at concert

People text each other from the oddest places these days -- bathrooms, roller coasters, water parks. But one fan was called out quite publicly when he decided to text rather continuously from, of all places, an Iron Maiden concert.
Bruce Dickinson, leader of the British heavy metal band, spotted the texter and screamed out, "Oh, for (expletive) sake, the guy with the bald head and the white shirt, you've been texting for the last (expletive) three songs. You're a (British expletive)!"

The scolding was captured on video during Maiden's concert at Klipsch Music Center in Indianapolis on July 19, and the video's quickly been passed around. Dickinson didn't spend much time worrying about the clueless fan. Right after calling him out, the band ripped into "Wasted Years."

WASP is doing a big European tour this fall and winter. Apparently, Blackie wants the tour to end before December 21st, 2012 in order to be safely home in case some horrific world-ending event happens. Funny.

If we're bound to such a deterministic fate as the 2012 apocalypse, isn't it conceivable that a WASP tour is one of the precursory causes to such an event?

That's funny....but man, I love WASP. I catch them in a little club near DC everytime they come to the states.

I freaked out my husband one time. I made a mistake with some hair dye and turned out looking like a slutty vampire. I happen to be pale with blue eyes and looked at myself in the mirror only to realize that I could pass for Blackie Lawless from far away if I glued saw blades to my arms. Started laughing hysterically and ran into the living room to do the corny, "Blind in Texas" tippy-toe dance. Later that night in bed, I was still fucking with him and started screeching out some "Ballcrusher" lyrics. I think I scarred him for life.

I was watching King Diamond on That Metal Show this weekend. Good interview. His health seems to be much improved, so I am licking my chops in anticipation of a small U.S. tour in the near future.

Anyway, he briefly mentioned something about one of his cats - the black one named Magic. He said the cat did something when it died and then wouldn't go into details. Something spooky and otherworldly, I assume.

Do you know what he was talking about? If not, can you ask Krawdad if he knows since he is the only other person I know who likes King Diamond. Spare no expense in finding the answer. As for your time, I cannot think of a better use of it than to solve this mystery for me.

Thanks :D
