excellant show Chris!!! CongratsAdaddon: On the Foodnet Work's "worst cook in world" series they posted some videos about knife skills. As old as I am, I didn't know the proper way to dice an onion or slice carrots. Forget Juliann cuts....I'd lose my fingers. After watching those videos, though, I'm lusting after a good set of knifes as well.

We had been friends since Boy Scouts, and actually, we were distantly related(his great grandfather and my great grandfather were brothers). I had only seen him a few times in the last 10 years, but in our teens and twenties, we were very close. He died of fucking pneumonia... in this day and age???
