I've never seen it, not once. I don't know how Charlie is still alive to be honest. But in some ways I think it helps the sitcom. I've read that ratings were sky high after one of his many outbursts.

The Big Bang Theory is waaay better.
Two and a Half Men over-relies on sexism as Family Guy does sarcasm.

It was an okay show, one of my husband's favorites but Charlie needs to be replaced, if for no other reason than he's an arrogant ass. His part could be played by a dozen others actors with the same success for the show. If I was a writer, I'd write his character out and have his co-stars move in with another brother they could pull out of their magic trick bag.

Yeah, that's what I was thinking. At least I hope it's an act. If he's truly that far gone, his family could & should seek an injunction to have him medically evaluated.Seems way too organized to be a genuine meltdown.
