Said it a million times but I really loathe this social media culture.
I watch a lot of old shows at night like Party of Five, ALF, Newhart,etc. and when watching this stuff you notice the lack of everyone hooked into their gadgets immediately. Then I can turn around and watch one of the very few modern TV shows I like such as Veep or Rizzoli & Isles and they're fumbling with their cell phones every few minutes.
All propaganda has to be popular and has to accommodate itself to the comprehension of the least intelligent of those whom it seeks to reach.
