They also have to be 10KB or less. The bother I had trying to get mine to under that.
I had to shrink mine to about 70x70 or something then stretch it out again so it wasn't microscopic.

In Firefox:
Go to View
Slide down to Page Style
Slide over to No Style
WALLAH (intentional misspelling)!! A White Background with Black lettering and Blue clickable links. YAY!!
The formatting is different, but it's still totally followable and now it's READABLE, too!! Woo Hoo!!
