This seems ideal for GOP to get out of their Trump problem - can't win with him but need his base. Well maybe not ideal, but an out at least. Wonder if the Murdoch empire will continue to ignore/mock him - must be hard for Tucker and Hannity.

Justice investigates the claims(the special prosecutor is already doing this with his agents). Then a grand jury is empaneled if the prosecutors find evidence. If the grand jury agrees, federal indictment.
Remember, federal prosecutors have about a 98% conviction rate, so if you’re indicted by a federal grand jury, you’re fucked… best to just seek a plea deal.
