Maybe it's been mentioned somewhere already, but y'all know the rumors about the 'tapes' are that the girls are young - heard 11-14 as range for alleged ages.

GOP's new defense is that he used the word "hope" and that he was ignorant of how the government works. 

 

Well let's see. He told Comey he "hoped" this problem would go away and would be loyal. When Comey would not promise that, he fired him. Then bragged to the Russians about "bagging the nutjob." 

 

Being ignorant of a law is also no excuse. If I get pulled over going 90 in a 55, claiming I didn't know won't cut it. I guess I could tell the cop I "hoped" he would not write the ticket, but I'd imagine that wouldn't work either.

Who knows if it's true, but had heard that even before Buzzfeed/CNN (whoever) published the Michael Steele dossier. One rumor has Ivanka in a video too but just heard that once. The age thing I've heard multiple times.

If anything right now, our democratic process is in shambles. The media isn't trusted by millions and the election outcome is also under scrutiny. I'd guess it was pretty much what Putin wanted. I could easily imagine a scenario where Putin continues to play Trump for goodies, and then screws him at the end with a big reveal (pee tape, whatever). Futher undermining and humiliating America. 

 

I wonder how this all will end.
