I know, I really think I'd go with Casino. I watched Good Fellas a couple times over the last year to see how it stacked up, and Casino still came out on top.

They both kick ass though.

The Departed was great too, but nowhere near these two.

CASINO, my all time favorite film, no one will convince me that anyone will EVER make a better film, & I know what you mean about wanting to know about old Vegas, I moved out there in 2003 & I gotta tell ya It's nothin like the movies, nice place to visit but I'll stick to my nest for the rest of my days!!!

I actually love Vegas bro. I've spent a lot of time in the outlaying areas (In other words I'm not just saying I love it because I've been to the strip a few times), and would love to settle down there. I'm really liking the warm weather the last few years I've been back down in Florida, but I also like access to those western mountains.

I really would love to see some sort of Casino sequel, or prequel before it gets too late. With the original cast (although I dunno about Stone, she seems nuts these days.)

When I moved out there I had an apartment right by Nellis Air Force Base & I swear to Christ it don't matter if your working or not, about 6 fighter jets start practice runs at 6 in the fuckin morning...even on Sundays, shoulda scoped the land a little better before diving into that one !!!
If you stay ready.....you never have to get ready!!!

He was in a great comedy with Danny Glover a few years ago called Gone Fishin'.

He'll always be Marv from Home Alone to me though, lol.

haha, I knew there was a reason why that area was so affordable. How long did you live there? How long did it take to get used to those summers? Personally I find them much tougher than down here. It feels like the sun is cooking your eyeballs in your skull.

Dude went on to have a pretty good career compared to the other Home Alone stars.

All the main roles in the movie (parents etc) were all recognizable, but I couldn't give you their names if my life depended on it.

I lived there for almost 2 years and I never got used to summer out there, I think if anyone wants a preview of hell should go to Vegas in July, not in the Casino but just stand outside for a few hours & then go tell someone who doesn't know what you think of Vegas!!!

Yea, that "But it's a dry heat" is horseshit. Although in the summer down here you can feel the weight of the heat on your shoulders, literally.

The mother was Catherine O' Hara.

She had a good tiny role on HBO's Six Feet Under a few years back.

I dunno' the Dad's name, but he played a killer bad guy in the Julia Roberts movie, "The Pelican Brief."

This state is as hot as I can handle, and when you get through the day, like ya said the nights are considerably comfortable, and we both know how fuckin awesome the winters are, minus a few days ( see petition thread :D ) but honestly, I've been from the east to the west coast & north & south & I gotta say there is NO other state that makes me happier than this one!!!
