The Departed was a different take on it though, they weren't so focused on the mob part of it like the others, I kind of liked the story between Dicapprio & Damon, I thought they both played excellent parts. I do agree that Casino & Goodfellas were better but I still liked it.These two were both excellent. I was very disapointed in The Departed. It just doesn't stand up to the quality of these two.

Yeah, I thought they did a good job with that movie as per the book goes. The Westies movie take "State Of Grace" kinda sucked and I didn't get to see Emerald City.... It's weird because I knew people from both gangs because of where I was raised or through relatives. Crazy Irish gang!

These two were both excellent. I was very disapointed in The Departed. It just doesn't stand up to the quality of these two.
It wasn't in the same league, but still great IMO.
