Simple choice. When I was a kid, I liked both on hot dogs. As I got older, changed to just mustard, and in fact don't really like ketchup anymore unless I'm having meatloaf.
Surprise, surprise, surprise!

Mustard and nawt the yella stuff.
You never ask a navy man if he'll have another drink, because it's nobody's goddamned business how much he's had already.

K & M, tomato, and grilled onions on a poppy seed bun...my iteration of the Chicago Dog.

Yeah, I get 'em at Wrigley Field every year. Occasionally, I'll take the time to grill up the onions at home and serve 'em like that.

There's something great about a pure thing...dog w/ mustard. But there's also beauty in an incredible combination of flavors.

I think my great aunt used to make that, although I never ate it. She also used to make the greatest sauerkraut and chow chow you would ever eat in your life, especially that chow chow. Her chow chow(a relish of sorts) wasn't like that crap in the store thats sweet. It was a bit sour and tangy and was pretty hot because of the peppers she used. Amazing recipe, and no one will ever eat this again since she died four years ago.

She should have sold that recipe to some company decades ago.
Surprise, surprise, surprise!

Mustard and onions. Will add sauerkraut only if it's a brat, which has to be cooked on the grill of course.
