"The only window that opens-by just three inches so the driver can pay a toll... WTF!!! the Prez also has to pay tolls? I've said before, and I'll say it again-what the hell is it with all the toll roads in the NE?

Yeah there was an accident years ago with President Fords Limo and the other car was totaled. The limo had some scratches.
