Hey all. Long time no talk. So, what happened with the forum? No longer a GNR theme? Is SLC still around? Mind you, I'm sure both of these questions could be answered if I were to take a second and read a few posts.

I was posting at Gunsnfnroses.com up until a few weeks ago when I was banned by bacardimayne. He's some naive, little kid with a ban button ... you know how that combination mixes. In a nutshell, he was pissed that I basically told his fellow moderator boyfriend, Conor, to pack sand with his clueless smart mouth. After that, bitchboy bacardi began targeting me behind the scenes. The final conversation that I had with him was via PM. He told me that he wanted me to watch my anti / critical new GNR comments. He said that he wanted the forum to start going in a more pro-Nugnr direction, because ultimately, he wanted their website recognized by the band and Lebeis family. He even mentioned hoping that their new approach would ultimately lead to special perks from the band. After I told him to eat shit with his bizarre request, he banned me.

I started noticing the forum going to shit in January when the admin jumped ship. The other admin, Bonham, had basically surrounded himself with a bunch of kids as mods(not even alive during GNR heyday). One day, he's overly critical of the band, the next, 'Prostitute' is amazing. I noticed his forum theme began to change as soon as he had a few hundred registered members. They went from the "only GNR forum where sanity dwells" to "whatever gets my forum the most hits". It's pretty sad really, but hey, if a late 30 something year old guy wants to surround himself with a bunch of clueless teenage kids, so be it. Different strokes for different folks as they say. If you're looking for mygnr 2, I strongly recommend you checking the place out.

Anyway, good to be back with you all. Hopefully I don't get sold down the river as well in hopes that it will lead to more forum hits or backstage passes for the management.

Oh my god this guy is priceless! For the record his ban had nothing to do with the board wanting to suck up to the band and associates, he was banned for being a Homophobic douche pure and simple.

Thought I'd try and clear the air on BBA's ban.He was originally suspended for a single day, because of a homophobic insult directed at another forum member. Immediately after his suspension, he made an account, which was immediately banned. The suspension was then updated to 7 days. Repeat, 14 days. Repeat, banned. Really, a stupid way to get yourself banned. I guess he couldn't wait a day.

As much as he'll undoubtedly be saying otherwise on other forums, the ban was not a result of censorship or "selling out" on the part of our staff. Our policies have not changed, and BBA was actually given quite the long leash during his time here. It's a shame that he simply couldn't get his act together.

Also if what BBA says is true and Bacardi had this grand plan to suck up to the band for party passes etc then why on earth would he tell this dickhead about it just before banning him?
Also he continuously goes on about "stupid little kids who know nothing" yet continues to troll message boards as a middle aged man. Bit creepy really.
