Holy shit... Beltrami replied to that mygnr members emails. He had also sent him the leaks.

While Beltrami confirmed they are indeed two separate songs, the songs have been fucked with so much over the years that they are barely recognizable to him.

This whole project was cluster fucked.

GnR are consistent at fucking things up. Why didn't they just release this single as planned along with the B sides? Then somebody else just does it for them. haha. wtf. Weird. Any what about just new music? Not Chinese leftovers that are slightly reworked? 

Whatever. Monsters is pretty dope and not much different from the rough version leak. The final of The General still sucks though, but I can accept it as B side/experimental thingy.

I checked there a few months ago, it's more dead than my place! Strange to see in some ways. Jarmo really took a busy site and killed it. Weird dude. 

Monster is a total earworm. Woke up hearing that high pitch part that Axl is saying. Over and over...omg. 

It's interesting how many old skewl peeps were watching from the sidelines and then showed back up over at your place once word was out. 

Of course the singles leak after they don't release them.

A long time GnR board poster I'd imagine. 

Adler's singer sounds just like young Axl. I would go see this band. 

Well this just showed up in the youtubes today...

I'm kind of loving it.  

It clicked for me about half way through. Definitely digging it.

Kinda left me wanting more though...a longer version or more songs, whatever. 

Had this shit on loop for a while now while working. Definitely want more GnR here. 

My concern is they release all these singles and then I hear half of the album already before it comes out. 

It's bat shit crazy we finally got The General and Soul Monster.

It's surreal listening to them.

Soul Monster is killer.

I hated The General at first but started warming up to it. Definitely not what I was expecting for 20+ years.

Now we just need Oklahoma/Berlin and Seven.

I'll consider that closure even though there's still a handful of songs remaining.

Monster is a fun track. I especially like the part around 2:30. Reminds me a little of White Zombie to be honest. Then Axl kicks in. 

I don't know how anybody could like The General, blah. It sounds like too early of a demo to assess fairly though. I just see it as that. It's nowhere near a finished song. 

It doesn't seem like a coincidence that these were leaked right after The General was not released the other day. haha. This whole thing is very 2004-2006 to me. Kinda love it.

Sounds like a rougher demo. It has some cool parts, but also  kinda sucks.
