First, as a potential buyer I'm deeply concerned that someone may have fucked on my soon-to-be kitchen counters.
Second, that looks like the kind of place where a robbery turns into a double murder.

Rob bought a duplex and decided to replace the carpeting in the dining room and living room(and hallway) with vinyl plank flooring in one of the units. Ripped up the carpeting, and the subfloor has rounded patches of "water" stain marks all over it. I told her to take pics and when someone wants to rent with a pet, show them the images to explain why she won't do it
I know most people are responsible, but all it takes is the one person that lets their animal piss on the floors. She says she will rent to pet owners anyway. Good thing she's installing the vinyl.

Yeah, it looks like a nice house - just have to be very close with your family and visitors with that open plan toilet.
