Damn, I logged on instantly and I could only get a ticket in the first row on the side of the stage. Nothing on the actual floor showed up.

I thought they sounded great judging by these clips. I think one more warm up show would be good. If not, full band rehearsals with Axl before they do Vegas. Slash seemed nervous but that'll go away with time. Some have criticized Frank's drumming on Jungle but Axl messed up on the intro.
The way melissa has been trolled on some of these forums since last night is deplorable.

I really don't know anything about her, but if she helps get (most of) my favorite band back out on the road, then I'll invite her to Thanksgiving Dinner.

Melissa formally partnered with drummer “Brain†to form “Brain and Melissaâ€, a composing team.Since that time, the duo has put out 2 major game themes for Sony Playstation, several pieces of original music for Playstation HOME, Mod Nation, Twisted Metal X, and were also excited to score their first full length major Playstation series release Infamous 2 - which was nominated for “Outstanding Achievement in Original Composition†by the Academy of Interactive Arts and Sciences (AIAS awards). The pair were also thrilled to be asked back to score Infamous’ 3rd installment entitled: Second Son which was released in March 2014. They have also been at work on other fronts - having produced several remixes and original tracks for the new upcoming album of multi-platinum selling girl-group TLC and Guns n’ Roses (from Chinese Democracy).

It could go in different directions. We know she worked on those scrapped remixes. Anything else since she's still around? Will she be like Elastica's keyboardist who just stood there and danced every other song? Is she there to trigger various intros and other effects? To heighten the backing vocals? Working on new material? As eye candy? Shock value of a woman being in GNR? All of the above?
Amazing that her and Brain worked on the remix album YEARS ago, she had that web site all this time, and no one noticed it until she's onstage.
