I was having this discussion today, and wondered what people here would think. Why is it that women are labelled tart, tramp, ho, hooker, etc, based on their appearance, but men are not?

Aren't women generally labeled these terms when they wear clothing that is revealing and accentuates their body in attempt to create sexual arrousal and admiration? I can rarely think of a similar fashion behavior done by men. I guess homo sexual men might dress that way in the right setting, but I can't really think of a situation where men are wearing clothing that reveals their penis or defined torso. And generally when men would dress it such a fashion and reveal their body (I'm thinking some of the pictures of the Jersey Shore crew I've seen) other men generally call them a douchebag.
