Did you notice him running away?  YOu can see him at about 20-21 seconds running the other way.  What a little bitch.

There are reports of her throwing bottles and punching people before the assault, and her FB post declaring her intent to "take scalps"  at the protest. I don't have sympathy for either one of these assholes, though I did find her porn shoot interesting.

edit: if you go out looking for a fight, don't play the victim after getting your shit stomped. Both of these groups ascribe to the same fucked up absolutist philosophies... two side of the same coin.

Yeah, all of this has gone too far.  Trump is the worst, but I don't want to be associated with violent protests against him any more than I'm guessing your average Republican wants to be associated with some dickhead white supremacist.

Trump is the worst

The guy's about as sharp as a marble, but I like the rhetoric towards North Korea... it is way past time the world did something about these Stalinist/Maoist thugs in Pyongyang. Now that it appears that China is backing off their support, the time is ripe for action... maybe get China to sign off on a plan where we remove the command structure and they can install someone of their liking???

I think it could be done with relatively light casualties in the South. They have a shit-ton of tactical weapons, but the vast majority of it is antiquated and would be destroyed in the response.

While I agree that something needs to be done about NK, I think it's more likely that China is getting tired of their client than that Trump is somehow a game changer.  And it's far too easy to talk about a military response when it will mostly be people from other places who pay the price.  If something were to be done militarily it would need to be done with a massively effective first strike on near border capabilities.  Even antiquated weapons could be devastating to Seoul.  And even their shitty rockets, in quantity, could unleash chem weapons on Japanese cities.

Wouldn't it just be nice if China realized that NK causes them more trouble than it's possibly worth and staged a coup?

Everyone in our country gets all in a huff about Iran...NK is the country we should have been far more concerned with the entire time.  Iran behaves as you would expect of a rational actor.

They're definitely tired of the Kim bullshit, but to give credit where it's due, we haven't seen this kind of response to NK threats since Truman was in office.

And it's far too easy to talk about a military response when it will mostly be people from other places who pay the price.

Well, yeah, but sometimes it is warranted. What if we wait until the regime perfects a delivery system capable of striking Japan, or the West Coast. How much more difficult will it be to neutralize the threat? What about causalities, then??? We should not have ever allowed the development of nukes. It was a horrible foreign policy mistake of Clinton... one of his few, but I feel that the mistake should be corrected before it turns into a disaster.

As you know, I've been an advocate of strong action against NK for years. In 68, we allowed them to commit an act(Pueblo incident) that warranted a very strong response, a year or two later, an even worse action(killing 30 airmen) was allowed to happen without a goddamn thing being done about it, then the knifing of two service members in 70s... nothing!!! I've long said we have some payback due for those fuckers actions and now is a good time to collect the debt.

If something were to be done militarily it would need to be done with a massively effective first strike on near border capabilities.

IDK, most of their capabilities near the border are hidden underground, and lower echelons don't have freedom of action, so probably the most effective results would be obtained by knocking out the command. They'll get a few shots off, but the counter battery fire by the South would be murderous.

Wouldn't it just be nice if China realized that NK causes them more trouble than it's possibly worth and staged a coup?
Absolutely, that is what I proposed earlier... albeit, with a little help from us.

Most definitely, but I ain't quite ready to forget those 444 days, yet.

We've also had relative peace.  And NK makes threats all the time that they either cannot or will not back up with actions.  The real difference is only how we react to those threats.  My hope is that Trump's aggressive posturing gives China the impetus to take some actual real actions on its own, finally.

Well, yeah, but sometimes it is warranted. What if we wait until the regime perfects a delivery system capable of striking Japan, or the West Coast. How much more difficult will it be to neutralize the threat? What about causalities, then??? We should not have ever allowed the development of nukes. Fair points but we can't just attack any country that has the capability of hitting us or an ally.  That's the israeli way of thinking and it's why they're in perpetual war.  Nor do I think waiting 30-40 years for "payback" is sound policy.  If we didn't respond then, the time has passed.  I will say, however, that at least in this case there's a clear and tangible threat to us and to regional stability.  If only we hadn't wasted so much time and money and blood in Iraq and had focused on something real.  Instead, we helped to create ISIS by providing it a breeding ground and now we're stuck with helping to clean up the mess.

IDK, most of their capabilities near the border are hidden underground, and lower echelons don't have freedom of action, so probably the most effective results would be obtained by knocking out the command. They'll get a few shots off, but the counter battery fire by the South would be murderous.

And I'm sure there's a plan in place that's better than what I can come up with here and now.  If this were any other country it would be easier.  Seoul is so poorly situated that we need to be damn near perfect and lightning fast.

Absolutely, that is what I proposed earlier... albeit, with a little help from us.

Fine by me.  While our history of regime change, whether by war or coup o assassination, has been an ugly one, in few cases has it been more warranted.  But be wary of the vacuum you create...into that vacuum someone will come and they will immediately have nukes.

Most definitely, but I ain't quite ready to forget those 444 days, yet.

I am.  We've done far worse and it was a long time ago.  The last time we had a revenge war it took ten years and cost 2 trillion, not to mention thousands of service members' lives and the lives of hundreds of thousands of innocent Iraqis.
