Truly J, how could anyone in their right mind think these pictures are worthy of public viewing?

And by the way, these pictures were at first cute & amusing but now I'm angry. Really? You really thought that was a spot on picture to use to sell your house? A house that is worth some money which means you must have money to have bought it in the first place so what happened? Even I, a complete amateur photographer, could've pulled off shots that would be 110% better than what you took, looked at, chose & decided to publish. I mean honestly, do you have any eye for anything remotely normal?

Well that's the thing, I find them funny but they also drive me crazy to no end.
If your job is to sell homes, then one aspect of marketing would be...what? Taking great pictures! It's not rocket science here. In fact it's probably the easiest part of the job. Buy a good camera and learn some basic skills. Or do what I do and find a photographer to shoot your homes. I pay my guy 100 bucks per house. I think that the client deserves that at least!
I find it totally unacceptable that somebody could charge 6% comish of total sales price for some shit like this. And I can guarantee you that if these pictures blow like this then they aren't doing jack shit other than putting in on the MLS. The home owners would be better served by listing themselves and taking their own pictures. Seriously.
Even more confusing is that somebody with an expensive home could have pictures like that and not call the agent immediately to address it. I'd either fire them, or insist they re-take the pictures. I've seen shitty ass photos up to about 600k, then they quality gets much better. But even for a regular priced home of say 150-200k they should be great photos! The owner is paying upwards of 12k to sell their home, total bullshit.
Just as bad are write ups that are all caps, horrible spelling and one run on sentence. Like some internet RETARD WROTE THE AD YOULL LOVE IT BECASUE ITS A GREAT PLACE TO CALL HOME ALL NEW CARPET TOTALLY DOPE CALL FIRST AND THEN GO SEE IT!
Anyway...that's why I mock these losers. They suck.
