Pure shit....I can't believe their broker was OK with this. Or that somebody, somewhere didn't say "Hey this is a really bad idea."
On the other hand, if this guy has his broker license, then just fucking shoot me now....

haha, in my dealing with REO agents, they suck!! Can't stand 'em. I've submitted offers that were all cash, say 200k...and not even a courtesy reply. Nothing. I call to follow up...and nothing. Total losers.

This is not an MLS picture, however it is one of the best expose pieces I've read by a small rag. About a month ago, a broker told me that there was an article about to be released, that was going to have some agents (and brokers) shitting bricks. As it turns out, he was not exaggerating.
I could not believe the gall and arrogance it took to do what these guys were doing. I mean, everything is documented, every move you make in the MLS etc. There is an electronic record. In addition, it's greedy as a mofo. Most of these guys were market leaders already, closing 200+ deals a year. They were making fantastic money. Fucking dicks. I hope they go to prison, although I bet some will be able to slide.
That said, the young guy who wrote this article did an amazing job at research and putting it all together. I'm very impressed.
