The pictures are gawd-awful, and this property is 100 yards from the very desirable river front, which isn't mentioned.
I can only imagine the nonsense that goes into fighting clients who don't want to clean up their houses for the pics.

I wouldn't take the listing. If you can't go to the trouble of cleaning up your shit, what about when it's time to sign documents? Price the home correctly? Have the home available to show? etc etc.
I've taken beautiful listings, where the owner still lies to me about past HOA dues, tax liens, second mortgages etc. Anybody with a shitty house like that, is going to be an even bigger disaster personally as you go along, lol.

Beautiful isn't it. I was very interested in that until I noticed the funky layout.......and the high tension power lines in the back yard.
The house next door was on the market at the same time.
All the houses I like either seem to have high-tension power lines, be on a corner lot, or be near a sex offender.

haha, I hate seeing big power lines. Nothing worse than seeing a place you like and then getting there and realizing huge power lines across the street. I was looking at 'hoods in Vegas my last trip down. I found a dozen homes I wanted to look at, and about 30% had power lines around them. They look horrible.
I had a funky layout house in Florida, that I did as a flip once. It was hard to sell. We did it nicely, but the layout didn't appeal to nearly as many peeps as a traditional floor plan would. Lots of funny faces as people walked through. It was a lot of square feet and just kind of went in all directions. After that experience, I doubt I'd ever buy something that unique, unless I completely loved the property for some reason. I also tend to like more open space floor plans, rather than compartmentalized homes.

That's a sweet pad. That shower is almost identical to the one I tiled in my house in Florida. I didn't have glass though, it was just open. Took me about 4 days and cost was 200 bucks or so. It was travertine, which I'd never ever EVER use to tile a shower again. haha Very porous.

What backyard? I see no yard. But I like the fireplace.
Your version of a backyard, and the HOA driven, and generally overpriced stucco colonies littered across this country are two different things entirely my dear.
I hate yardwork, so I don't care. Give me a desert landscape, no grass and I'm OK (that's what I have here in Reno.) I can do almost anything with an interior, and that's what is more important to me than anything.
I vowed to never own a pool again, ever...EVER. haha. More energy, more time, more maintenance..and then nobody goes swimming! Its little more than an extremely expensive yard ornament. But then again, never say never. I've seen some pretty sweet setups as I've been poking around.

My biggest complaint about Realtors is the same now as before I got my license They don't return calls or emails.
I'm trying to find housing before I move down to Vegas, and none of these morons call me back. And I'm responding to their ads for chrissake. Idiots.
