Is this something that's alleged? 

 

Some would argue that all sex workers are abused, at the very least by a world that exploits women and their bodies as a commodity.  I don't know that I'd go that far, but it's got its merits as an argument.

 

It's also worth noting that, in a prosecution of child pornography, the jury usually has to view the images as evidence.  Sex acts with an underaged person would almost certainly lead to impeachment (Weiner got 21 months just for sending pics...), and that process mirrors a prosecution.  The presentation of evidence might require Congress to in some way view the images.  Compared to a courtroom, Congress is as leaky as a sieve.  The tape WOULD get out.
