All propaganda has to be popular and has to accommodate itself to the comprehension of the least intelligent of those whom it seeks to reach.
Demoralize the enemy from within by surprise, terror, sabotage, assassination. This is the war of the future.

Always loved this song. First time I've ever seen this video, and it's good - very true to the studio version. Mark Knopfler is so underrated. He has one of those tones that is so identifiable. This Communique album is my personal favorite.
EDIT - You should also check out "Follow Me Home" if you want to hear something unusual.

Yngwie
You unleashed the fucking fury.
But seriously, the concept and reality of Yngwie is such a lost opportunity or waste of greatness or some phrase of equal tragedy.
I met this guy one time back in the 90's during his rehearsals at a shit club in Virginia Beach. He was practicing his own stuff, Deep Purple, and Hendrix before the actual show. I can honestly say he was nice. He acknowledged the three of us he let in but didn't sit down and talk to us individually. His manager took my guitar (which looks just like his from Rising Force except for it's a Mexican) and Yngwie signed it for me. His wife was a sketchy bitch, but that's probably because girls wanted to fuck him back then. Not me - I was decked out in grunge wear and would have ran away if any grown man even tried to fuck me back then. But I digress....
The point is that he is so good - can do the neoclassical and even rock/blues. Yet, either his ego which I did not see in person or something else has resulted in albums that are technically amazing but fall short of what could have been. His instrumentals are excellent. His regular songs lack creativity when it comes to weaving the vocal melodies into the instrumentation. Few exceptions, such as the one you posted, exist. I wonder if this is because he didn't want to have a really great, melodic singer steal the limelight or if he just didn't know how to fuse sexual, rock melodies into the type of rhythms and solos he was writing. Either way, what a fucking waste. But I still love Yngwie. If I ever see him on the side of the road with a "WILL WORK FOR FOOD" sign, I will pick him up and let him live with me for free as long as he gives me guitar lessons.

I figured out of the people here, you'd be the one most likely to dig that song.
Here's the english remake....

I kind of like the backing music, but I don't like the vocals and, as I don't speak French, the lyrics have for me no redeeming quality to make up for those vocals.
It sounds best suited as the intro theme to a zany spy tv show.
