Here, in Redneckistan, for the last month, we have been closing schools for the flu. Curiously though, no snow days*...

*snow day, here, means 1 inch of the white stuff.

Have to say that inventing something to tank the financial markets AND show the value of universal healthcare is a far more proactive election year move than I thought the dems had in them.

Remember when Obama competently led a government response to a hurricane in an election year and, suddenly, that contest was over?  Trump COULD do that.  The market would rebound quickly and he could run on competence (because our memories are short).  But nah...let's keep making shit up!

Did you develop pneumonia when you got the flu? 

I think I may have had it a few years ago, but just stayed in bed for two awful weeks. Maybe another time about six years ago when me and the Missus both were in bed for a week. But no way of knowing if it was the flu for sure. 

Just realized the clients we went out with the last two days were from Washington. I use hand sanitizer after shaking hands anyway, before all this, but still. Damn man...

Predict this is going to be really bad by next weekend, certainly in NYC. Just looking at data and math and various other facts. Hope I'm wrong.
