Horseshit. Did you listen to Bernie or Hillary pander to the Guatemalan immigrant this week? That's inflammatory. Two people who illegally entered this country, the husband broke the law and was deported. Neither of them missed a beat and both promised to bring her husband back the day they're sworn in. Presidents who aren't interested in upholding the law and spit in the face of all of those who have a degree/skill and are patiently waiting to enter the US is inflammatory. Pandering to illegals who can't vote, but have friends who can, so the DNC assumes all Latinos want an open border is inflammatory. Supporting and meeting with #BLM supporters who attack white people, defend cop killers and outright lie is inflammatory. Hillary calling the mother of a Benghazi victim a liar is inflammatory.

You want to know why Trumpnis so popular? It's because millions of people are outraged that Clinton and Sanders can stand on stage with a straight face and say the shit they do, then mock the GOP as unamerican. If it's Trump and Clinton in the general, foregoing any major scandal like Trump has a factory in Montana filled with illegals, Trump wins. I'm willing to put $1,000 up on this. Any takers?

So I take it you're ok with the baseline assumption brown people = racists and murderers, because, in your world, treating them like people is inflammatory.  Trump 2016!  Pat Buchanan has to be pissed he didn't wait...Trump is basically speaking his language, which USED to appeal to about 1% of voters but which is now becoming the racist, nationalist, GOP mainstream.  You can't blame Democrats for the beliefs of Republicans.  You think he's an outcome of GOP anger about Hillary?  Or Obama?  They've been anti-Obama for eight years and have hated Hillary since I was in fucking Junior High.  Trump is an outcome of a GOP that has become more extreme in its ideology while simultaneously refusing to govern and being beholden to special interests.

I watched the debates last night. I saw the moderator call Trump out on all his bullshit and encouraging his supporters to assault people. I'm not condoning it. But I'm not gonna pretend that this is new or that Clinton isn't doing the same thing, just hiding behind someone else. "I didn't send any classified info", just her aides under her instructions did. "There's a war on women and rape should be taken very seriously", meanwhile her husband had a dozen rape accusers.

I take the first amendment very seriously. You will never see me calling ideas hate speech or trying to pass "hate crimes". But to a lot of people, it's refreshing to see someone up there not hide behind other people and politically correct speech. But private property is just that, and Trump/Clinton have every right to keep protestors out.

I'm not defending Trump. I've made that clear in a dozen threads. But I'm not going to pretend Clinton has any moral authority over him, as she does the same fucking things, just hiding behind other people. She's a mob boss, while Trump is Escobar.

Though I think this begs the question, if Trump was elected would civil war or intense riots ensue fracturing the country and requiring mass police enforcement?

Let's not kid ourselves. The rioting of extremist conservative groups (Bundy) are non intrusive and involve remote pieces of land. The most mainstream conservative assemblies (the tea party) are mostly peaceful and nothing more than traditional political rallies.

The riots and intrusiveness we've seen from liberal extremist are much more common and intrusive. Just look at the riots following Michael Brown, Baltimore and the protest of #BLM and what just occurre at Trumps rally. While it's unfair to say this behavior stems from a liberal ideology (it doesn't) it's certainly more common when connected to liberal ideas or candidates.

If Trump is elected, will people who feel he is dangerously wrong for America resort to violent protest in any major capacity? If so, does that fact not disqualify Trump from running? At what point does real public safety trump a candidate's right/privledge to run for office? I don't want to encourage this form of protest, because if it works we're no longer a democracy, but a country ruled in part by terrorism. But at the same time, if we can say Trump being elected will cost billions in property and an uncountable amount in physical harm, can he morally continue?

Somebody is going to get shot at one of Trump's rallies. It's only a matter of time. The violence is escalating. 

 

Are we to be surprised that his xenophobic and racist narrative yields such results?  Yes, black people, Latinos, Muslims and any other American he's insulted are going to show up and protest this man. 

 

The latest violence, where the young man was sucker punched by one of Trump's supporters, was a real piece of work. Not only did they sucker punch this black protester as he was led out of the rally, but the police then tackled the victim of the assault. This completely validated the entire point of BLM. Then to top it off Trump didn't disown the violence, but said he's "looking into" paying for the redneck's attorney fees.

 

I don't like BLM's tactics, but they certainly have valid points. Trump's supporters, along with the police, only backed up their grievances. 

 

The anti Trump sentiment is only going to grow as time goes on. Polling data already shows that Trump is the most disliked of the bunch. You're also going to see Latinos come out en masse, along with blacks, LGBT, and any other minority, to vote against this fucking guy. If he's the nominee, expect this type of violence to continue, and expect Trump to get his ass crushed in the general election. 

 

Disruptive tactics are nothing new. I don't like it when any party does it. Tea Party dickheads drown out town hall meetings, and greet Obama with AK-47s slung over their back. I don't recall any liberals punching these people in the face however.

Why? They were obviously there to protest and create a scene. Trump's not playing by the PC police rules anymore. If I'm talking to a person, it's not wrong to assume they're a heterosexual since 97% of the population are. A group of black people showing up to a trump rally in dreadlocks and hijabs isn't there to support Trump.

You can find all the obscure videos of some idiot doing something inappropriate all day long and try to pretend there's no correlation to what's happening now at Trump rallies. These protestors are idiots who couldn't string together an intelligent thought if a gun was pointed at their head. The majority of them are losers who don't contribute any tax to this country.

So yea, these people aren't what make America great. They symbolize ignorance and a mob mentality of righteousness. Anyone who thinks Beenie Sanders has a shot at passing his democratic socialism in this country is an idiot. The DNC barely passed Obamacare with a supermajority in Congress and people think Bernie can get a Republican congress to pass his ideas. Clinton calls blacks "super predators", supported the three strikes rule and supported welfare reform in the 90s. Trump has called out the truth that the majority of problems in the black community are entirely self inflicted.

When Trump comes to Pittsburgh in the coming weeks, I'm going to attend. And if some #BLM or Bernie moron pushes me to make a scene, it'll be a day they'll remember for the rest of their lives. What kind of fucked up world do we live in where people acting like animals get to blame the person who said something that made them angry?

Top conservatives gather to plot third-party run against Trump

 

Three influential leaders of the conservative movement have summoned other top conservatives for a closed-door meeting Thursday in Washington, D.C., to talk about how to stop Donald Trump and, should he become the Republican nominee, how to run a third-party “true conservative” challenger in the fall.

The organizers of the meeting include Bill Wichterman, who was President George W. Bush’s liaison to the conservative movement; Bob Fischer, a South Dakota businessman and longtime conservative convener; and Erick Erickson, the outspoken Trump opponent and conservative activist who founded RedState.com.

 

"Please join other conservative leaders to strategize how to defeat Donald Trump for the Republican nomination,” the three wrote in an invitation obtained by POLITICO that recently went out to conservative leaders, "and if he is the Republican nominee for president, to offer a true conservative candidate in the general election."

The meeting is scheduled for Thursday, two days after winner-take-all Florida and Ohio vote in what many Republican operatives believe will determine whether Trump is on an unstoppable march to the nomination or is likely to stall out short of the 1,237 delegates he needs.

One person involved in the gathering described it as in the “embryonic” stages.“ It’s not like there’s a royal grand plan that’s going to be unfurled," this person said. "People aren’t giving up on the Republican Party yet."

 

Still, Wichterman, Fischer, and Erickson represent three boldface names to host such a gathering. All three have deep ties to the social conservative movement, which Ted Cruz has tried to unite behind his candidacy.

Wichterman, in addition to his top job for Bush, served as a senior adviser to Senate Majority Leader Bill Frist. He now works for Covington, a law firm in Washington, D.C.

Fischer, in 2012, helped bring together a group of more than 200 conservativesfrom across the country to unite around Rick Santorum’s candidacy. An event in Houston he put together raised $1.8 million in a day.

And Erickson, who has sparred publicly with Trump for months online and on his radio show, has previously said, “I will not be voting for Donald Trump at all. Ever.”

Other GOP donors, who are interested in exploring the possibility of challenging Trump, recently commissioned a study on the feasibility of launching a last-minute, independent bid.

Trump dominates the GOP delegate count with nearly half of the states already voting in the Republican presidential primary. According to POLITICO's calculations, he would need to amass slightly more than 50 percent of the remaining delegates to secure the nomination outright.
