Why should they split it evenly? Izzy bailed after recording UYI. He didn't support any of that tour, and while a valued member with numerous contributions, he's only above Adler in terms of fan support. Should Adler get equal access to the "loot" if he replaced Frank? I know Izzy has done his solo thing the past 25 years, but Axl and Slash are the only household names, and Duff has kept his profile up with VR, other side projects and his occasional published article. Izzy's status in the industry is slightly better than Adler's. I just don't see how he could think he's equal to the other 3, assuming Duff and Slash even make as much as Axl.
