well I am alone again so just grilling(I am a creature of habit) a lime and thyme chicken breast, butterflied so it cooks faster...some left over greek pasta salad...

I just had me some Giordanno's Chicago-style stuffed pizza & I have to say I'm pretty F'n happy.....& stuffed!!!

homemade meatloaf...veal of course...purple mashed potatoes and steamed broccoli at the request of my ski champ!

I can't eat veal. The thought of those calves being immobilized for their short life... does something to me. No offense, but I think the raising of calves for veal should be banned as cruelty to animals.

What about that poor bourbon's being stuck in a cask for years only to be drained drank and pissed out? I still like veal but it's not cheap. Years ago we always had veal cutlets and lamb chops because it was cheap...Not anymore.

I had 2 nice skirt steak pin wheels, brown rice and mixed veggies. I'm still hungry dammit!

Just finished up some mussels with spicy marinara over angel hair.....can't ever get tired of that!!!

Yeah and if you are drunk enough off it , you can re drink the piss...it's safe.
