well I am alone again so just grilling(I am a creature of habit) a lime and thyme chicken breast, butterflied so it cooks faster...some left over greek pasta salad...

What about that poor bourbon's being stuck in a cask for years only to be drained drank and pissed out?
I still like veal but it's not cheap. Years ago we always had veal cutlets and lamb chops because it was cheap...Not anymore.
