I love London Broil...I go a little unorthadox and make a little hollandaise for a go with..nice combo! since I have only been up for 1.5 hours, I am celebrating making my way through another 14 hour driving shift in a raging snowstorm for 9 hours of it..with a thin crust veggie pizza..with lotsa lotsa cheese...followed by my mom's homemade lemon coffee cake(it has real lemon gooey stuff inside) and a steamship full of coffee..perhaps a nap..and then by gawd, I will start the laundry!

I stopped at my brothers on the way home from the outcrop just in time for dinner. I don't know what his wife is cooking, but it sure smells good.
