We "won" some Colts tix at my wife's company picnic. Not crazy about preseason, but it's a night out without kids, so hellz yeah.

Did see a couple articles that mention the ratings are down but that could be to poor teams this year in certain markets.

My team's whole secondary is on IR. But I felt like we're a couple of seasons of good drafting away, anyway. Offense is good and can be amazing at times. But for a team that had struggled with defense, for the ONLY part of its defense that was good to all go down, that's a killer.

Have they? I'm not at all surprised. We're weak. It's as if we build teams to win our division, but it's the weakest division and has been for a long time. Winning the division doesn't matter if you can't compete against tougher teams in the playoffs, which we don't deserve to be in. I wish we played in the AFC North. Three legitimate teams that could win the division each year (and the shitty browns...haha). If you get out of that division, you're tempered. I envy that.
But, no, it isn't about the last three years. To some extent it goes back to 95, the first time I actually had something to be excited about in my home town team, which had perennially sucked balls. The 2005 playoffs didn't help my opinion, either. But it's mostly because of that dumb fucking towel.
Anyway, I'm still rooting for them this week. If they end Tom Brady's career, I'll even pull for them to win it all!
