haha, they did pretty good until the end. Price says 560k, write up says 450k. Or are they saying it's 450k in renovations? Sweet pad though! I love most of the styles, except the paint colors, yuck. I will have most of them in my home that I build or rehab.
But yea, that last pic...should have left that out.

It was $450K in renovations.
Yeah, the prices are still very low around here. We have lost over $250K on our house since the start of the crash.
Ouch...I know.
I sold for 20% less than what I bought it for in 2005 (total paper equity drop from the "boom" was 43%) and another 26k I put into the house. I won't tell you how much I paid at closing to dump it, I try not to think about it.

The scenario he is telling me is kinda nutty and he doesn't seem right in the head. I'm supposed to sign him tomorrow, but just don't know. I want to list the home, but if this fucker is calling me every two minutes...not worth the hassle. And to be honest, I'm a little nervous to meet him at his house.

I've got this new guy, who I haven't even signed yet, call me 8 times today. EIGHT TIMES. He called me 3-5 times a day, the last two days.
