Obama's gonna veto a bill that would stop these people coming in? He's a lame duck but if god forbid an attack happens here after such a veto, then Obama and the dems are going to be in deep doo doo.
In Paris they found an ISIS video threatening an attack on NY and in the video was footage of a suicide bomb being created.
All propaganda has to be popular and has to accommodate itself to the comprehension of the least intelligent of those whom it seeks to reach.
Demoralize the enemy from within by surprise, terror, sabotage, assassination. This is the war of the future.

I'm not sure who is worse, the terrorists, or the news channels who tell us about the terrorists 24/7. Just watching Wolf on CNN today in the waiting room was enough terror TV for the week.
They probably will attack again soon, and I'd imagine it will include here as well as more European targets. Sweden is currently on high alert, and I read a couple of jets were forced to land early because of bomb threats.

I fear you mistook my criticism of your "TNR only" posting policy as a suggestion to move on to even nuttier sources of information.

Pat's very smart and can be a useful commentator...but he does tend to drift into his racism now and again. He came to my college, when I was an undergrad and argued circles around some of the students who asked challenging questions.

I love Pat Buchanan. He warned us about this shit years ago but no one wanted to listen. Maybe they'll start listening now.

Yeah, but he's also just worried about brown people in general. Kind of makes his brand of conservatism hard to accept when it's fully couched in his racism.

I understand why he rubs some people the wrong way and that sentiment probably played a role in never being offered a major position in Bush's administration. Yes he was critical of Bush on certain things(and neocons in general) but deserved some role in the 2000s. His run against Daddy Bush in 92 did him no favors either. That whole "culture war" speech of his at the 92 convention was off the rails. Any legitimate chance he might have had to be prez went down the toilet that evening. He was giving Dole a run for his money briefly but he just didn't have a realistic shot.
I also love his romanticizing of the Reagan era.
