What kind of professor are you?  I watch porn all the time where the professor has to spank the hot co-ed in order to get her grades up and not get kicked out.  Are you telling me you don't have 20 year olds servicing you after class?  Mind blown!

 

Next you'll say you don't wear a leather jacket and fedora while carrying a whip as you seek out ancient political treasures in a distant land.

 

After eight years of university teaching plus a number as a teaching assistant, I can clearly say that that scenario has happened zero times. 

 

And I'm not an archaeologist.  However, I am thinking of getting a sport coat with leather elbow pads, which I'll wear over a turtleneck.  I'll also need a full but very short cropped beard.

As with all of these pieces, this isn't my experience, having been a student, grad student/TA, and professor at a college or university since 1997.  While I"m sure these people do exist and I absolutely agree that this generation feels more entitled, the decline of discourse to protect emotional sensitivity isn't something I'm seeing much of.
